3D high-precision online measurement system is a non-contact active optical three-dimensional measurement technology. It projects a beam of coded light onto the surface of the object to be measured. When the surface morphology of the object changes, the distribution of coded light will be modulated by the height of the object. Then, the camera is used to obtain the surface image of the object, and the obtained image is demodulated to restore the 3D morphology containing the height information of the object. Its advantage is that the high-end 3D laser scanner can generate high-quality data and provide excellent speed, resolution and accuracy.
